Kathleen Reed , Productivity Coach / Associate Broker

Kathleen Reed’s real estate knowledge and expertise is comprehensive and continually evolving. In 2004, after working for 20 years in corporate marketing and communications, she obtained her real estate license. She immediately joined Buffini and Company as a member and says, “Building my business by relationship really spoke to me and I knew it was how I wanted to structure my business.”

In 2010, Kathleen obtained her broker’s license and became a Managing Broker and Director of Career Development for Coldwell Banker Tomlinson Group (Eagle Office). She was the company-wide trainer and coach for 250+ agents for four years and also became a Buffini and Company Certified Training Mentor and Facilitator. She started teaching the Peak Producers class, which she got approved as a CE course through IREC. She also turned an 8-week online listing mastery course from Zan Monroe into an 8-week classroom course through Coldwell Banker University.

Kathleen also created a 90-day training program for all new agents coming on-board to CBTG, called First 90 Days. Within this program, new agents would attend and complete her six new agent training classes, meet regularly with their branch manager and work through their goals to set up and develop their business.

She subsequently became the Designated Broker, Director of Career Development, and Relocation Director for the three John L. Scott (in Boise) offices for two years. Working alongside the leadership team, she was able to recruit over 40 new and existing agents.

While there, she created and implemented a 12-week training program for new and existing agents, called QuickStart and JumpStart, along with a 12-week group coaching program, new agent training classes, hosting dynamic sales meetings and addressing company-wide challenges. Kathleen also trained new coaches and continued to teach Peak Producers. She has helped graduate over 100 agents to date through the class.

Coaching and training agents creates perfect symmetry with Kathleen’s vision. She says, “Now, agents are my clients. My goal is to always provide agents with the very best in coaching, training, and motivation." Helping agents achieve their goals is Kathleen’s favorite part of the business. “I always put agents first, by being accessible and responding quickly to their needs. My promise is to help agents build a sustainable and healthy business to achieve their real estate goals.”

Kathleen’s education is vast, as is her experience. She holds a Bachelor of Science from Montana State University (film and television production) and a marketing minor from Montana State University. She also holds these credentials:
