Dry Creek Ranch

At the base of the Boise foothills, just north of Eagle, ID, a very fitting planned community that recognizes the importance and beauty of the land is being created. With community gardens and large lots ready for your horses, Dry Creek Ranch is a progressive community connected to nature. It’s a neighborhood with fresh water, fresh air and focused on well-being. This master-planned community is set among acres of preserved foothills and meadows with miles of nature trails.

The founders of the Dry Creek Ranch development believe that if you want to improve the world, start in your own backyard. The vision for the community was born in an effort to protect the beautiful rural land while creating a community that promotes a healthy lifestyle. Dry Creek Ranch is the place to build the home of your dreams!

FARM TO TABLE

Honoring the agricultural tradition of this land…

Dry Creek Ranch is a farm to table community built around multiple community pocket farms. Residents will have the opportunity to grow their own produce, or buy a share of our CSA (Community Supported Agriculture) program, which will provide seasonal local produce grown on site. Community centers will feature a gathering place to host a local farmers market, celebrating the bounty brought every year.

EQUESTRIAN FACILITY

Community centers will feature an equestrian facility at the heart of the community.

Riding arenas will give residents a space for riding lessons and allow for dressage or western pleasure riding competitions. Throughout the neighborhood, groomed trails will accommodate those looking to enjoy a tranquil and scenic ride. Dry Creek Ranch’s larger home lots will also provide an option to construct modest horse stables.

TRAIL SYSTEM

The trail system will accommodate walkers, runners, strollers, dog-walkers, bikers, hikers, and even horses. 3.4 miles of greenbelt will run along both sides of Dry Creek, and over a dozen miles of interconnected trails will be featured. Several miles of well-groomed gravel and dirt trails will also connect the neighborhood to surrounding communities, the Ridge to Rivers Trail System, and connect bikers to the acclaimed Eagle Bike Park.
