SUMMARY:Healthy Kids Running Series Spring 2023
DESCRIPTION:Healthy Kids Running Series is a five (5) week running program in the spring and fall for kids Pre-K through 8th grade. Each HKRS Series takes place once a week and offers age appropriate running events including the 50 & 75 yard dashes\, the 1/4 mile\, the 1/2 mile and the 1 mile run. Kids compete each week for a chance to earn points. At the end of the Series the boys and girls who accumulate the most points in their respective distances are awarded trophies. All participants receive a medal on Week 5! \nThe registration fee covers the entire five (5) weeks of the Series which includes race bibs for each week\, a runner shirt\, a finisher medal\, sponsor giveaways when available\, and trophies for top place finishers. Registration is non-refundable and non-transferrable. Online Early Bird registration is $40.00 and then increases to $45.00 three weeks prior to the first race event.

SUMMARY:Idaho Barrel Futurity
DESCRIPTION:The Idaho Barrel Futurity is the oldest and largest barrel horse futurity and Open 5D barrel race located within the State of Idaho. Over 500 competitors travel from across multiple states to compete in this annual event\,  which has been going strong for over 50 years. The all volunteer board takes pride in the sustained grass roots growth and strives to provide increased added money\, top of the line saddles and awards to competitors each year. We are committed to the growth of this event\, as in the end\, it’s for the love of the game.

This competition will spotlight and celebrate many talented individuals\, while raising funds and awareness for those affected by  \nFSH Muscular Dystrophy.  \nAuditions have been submitted! \nFinalists will perform in front of judges and a live audience in Boise on April 29th\, 2023. Awards of $1\,000\, $500\, and $250 will be given to our first\, second\, and third place winners\, respectively\, based on judges scores. \nThere will also be 1st\, 2nd\, and 3rd place People’s Choice awards determined by your votes – each dollar donated to help cure FSHD is a vote for your favorite act!
