DESCRIPTION:Alive After 5\, presented by CBH Homes\, returns June 19\, 2024 to the beautiful Grove Plaza in the heart of Downtown Boise. 2024 marks the 37th anniversary of Downtown Boise producing the free summer concert series\, a celebration of summer and great music that brings a lineup of fun and fresh talent select Wednesday’s during June and July. \nFrom the widely successful group that brings you Treefort\, Downtown Boise Foundation is thrilled to continue a partnership with local music booking agency Duck Club to bring new and exciting bands to perform at Alive After 5. A diverse\, exciting lineup of musicians – both local openers and national and international headlining touring bands – are coming to the downtown stage this summer. \n“Growing up in Boise\, Alive After 5 was one of my first introductions to live music and downtown culture. Duck Club is excited to continue the partnership with the DBA to present a rejuvenated Alive After 5 for a whole new generation of music lovers of all ages and the Downtown Boise community. This year’s lineup is an exciting one with each week offering a unique glimpse of both the national music scene and local emerging talent as Boise’s reputation as a music city continues to grow.” – Eric Gilbert\, Co-founder & CEO\, Duck Club & Treefort \n  \nConcert Goers Guide:\nAlive After 5 (AA5) is Boise’s longest running\, all-ages\, FREE outdoor summer concert series produced annually by Downtown Boise Foundation. AA5 fills The Grove Plaza select Wednesdays\, June and July \, 5-8pm\, with a mix of nationally and internationally touring artists and local talent. \nAA5 celebrates diversity and inclusion. Music is a shared experience that brings people from all backgrounds together; we strive to create a community event where everyone feels welcome and a part of Downtown Boise. \nA few notes to make your free concert experience the most fun: \n\nPLAY! DT Plays will be onsite! Kiddos and adults alike can enjoy free games and fun while listening to the concerts. Also make sure to visit partner booths at each concert for games\, giveaways\, and merchandise.\nSTAY COOL! A variety of cold beverages\, including N/A\, will be offered for sale. Beer\, wine\, cider\, and seltzer options require a wristband – don’t forget your ID! Tips collected at the bars benefit that concert’s partner non-profit. A water fountain is also on site – and the splash pad is on!\nHAVE FUN! Dance! Stomp! Clap! Fans of all ages will be enjoying the concert right alongside you – make them feel welcome!\nAA5 FOR ALL! Accessible bathrooms are provided\, and most furniture is movable. Staff are ready and happy to help!
