DESCRIPTION:Nampa Festival of the Arts\nThe Parks and Recreation Department offers the Nampa Festival of the Arts event for approximately 200 artisans that draw in more than 18\,000 community members to enjoy this weekend event. With the great variety of art\, you are sure to find a treasure\, whether it is jewelry\, painting\, sculpture\, whimsical yard art\, or something else. Live entertainment\, food concessions\, and free activities for children\, including a kid’s art booth\, will keep the whole family entertained. \nEvent Details\nAdmission and parking are free\, so join us in Lakeview Park on Saturday\, August 9\, 2025 from 9am to 6pm and Sunday\, August 10\, 2025 from 10am to 3pm. For the safety and consideration of all visitors\, please leave your dogs at home. Whether art is your hobby or your job\, we invite all artisans to apply. Download an application (PDF) or call 208-468-5858 to request a hardcopy. Space is awarded on a first-come\, first served basis. \nGuidelines\nAll items presented for sale at the Nampa Festival of the Arts must be originally created items\, handmade from raw and original materials by the artisan. No re-sale items allowed. Items must also fit into one of the following categories: \n\nArtisan Food\nBooks\nCountry Crafts\nEntertainment\nFine Arts\nFabric Arts\nJewelry\nOld World Art\nPersonal Care\n\nJuried Fine Art Show\nFine artists can enter two or three dimensional pieces to be judged. Pieces will be displayed in each artisan’s booth.  Cash awards will be given for: \n\nChampion\nGold\nSilver\nBronze\nHonorable Mention\nPeople’s Choice\n\nSupport the Festival\nThe Nampa Festival of the Arts attracts over 18\,000 visitors from across the Treasure Valley.
