DESCRIPTION:The Event \nSaturday\, August 10\, 2024 \n50K –  5 am start \n28K –  8 am start \n10M – 8:30 am start \n​ \n    We’re excited to bring you the 2nd annual Rock N Brew!  \n\nWelcome to the 2024 Rock N Brew! Join us for a 50K\, 28K or a 10Mile. All three races start at the park in Avimor and finish at the Spring Creek Brewery for food\, music\, fun and a cold beer! The cutoff for all races is 4PM.50KThe 50K starts at the park and runs to Sheep Rock and back at the Brewery. The first ‘Ram’ and ‘Ewe’ to the Rock gets $100!! **You must finish the race to be eligible. Click here for a google map of the 28K.10MileThe 10 Mile course is a smaller loop that winds you through the trails in the Avimor foothills and brings you back to the Spring Creek Brewing Company for the party! Click here for a google map of the 10Mile.This is a green race so you will need to bring a collapsible cup for the aid stations.Be sure to get signed up by August 1st to be guaranteed race schwag. No refunds will be provided.Packet Pickup will be Thursday and Friday August 9th and 10th from 11-6 (location TBD).  Race registration and packet pickup will also be available race day 1 hour prior to your start. \n​ \n​ \nAid Stations \nAll aid stations will be stocked with water\, Tailwind\, and typical ultra food. In an effort to reduce waste and help keep Avimor a litter free area this is a cupless race so please bring a collapsible cup or something similar to use at the aid stations. \n\nRunner Participation \nYou must be at least 18 years old to participate in the 50K unless approved by race director. Race director approval is also required before anyone under the age of 15 signs up for the 28K or 10M. \n\nAwards \nAwards will be given to the top 3 overall male and female finishers.  \n​ \nEntry Fees \n50K: $95 thru Jun 15; $105 thru Aug 10; $115 on Race Day \n28K: $60 thru Jun 15; $80 thru Aug 10; $90 on Race Day \n10M: $55 thru Jun 15; $70 thru Aug 10; $80 on Race Day \n​ \nRegistration \nRegistration fee includes great schwag and a special finisher item. Online registration will remain open until Wednesday\, Aug 7\, 2024 (midnight). There will be race day registration. No refunds will be provided\, including in the event of a cancellation outside of the organizers control. \nSPECIAL NOTE: Be sure to sign up by Aug 1st to guarantee your post-race schwag.  \n\nPacket Pickup \nPacket Pickup will be Thursday and Friday August 9th and 10th from 11-6 (location TBD).  You will pick up your packet only – Bibs will be picked up on race day along with your chip starting one hour prior to your race. Race registration and packet pickup will also be available race day 1 hour prior to your start. \n​ \n​ \n​ \nThe Pulse Running Events operates under a Special Use Permit on the Boise National Forest under the USDA

Simplot Lodge on Saturday and Sunday mornings\, weather permitting. \n\nAUGUST 10 @ 10:00 AM – 11:00 AM\n\nMEET YOUR INSTRUCTOR\nMelissa Klassen | I believe in the holistic benefits of yoga for all gender\, ages\, shapes\, and sizes. I focus my yoga practice primarily around a Power Vinyasa flow designed to build core strength\, stability\, and balance. However\, I am praised for my ability to adapt to all levels of participants. \nFreeAll ages welcome!\n\nAbout Bogus Basin Bogus Basin Mountain Recreation Area is a 501(C)(3) organization dedicated to engaging the community to provide accessible\, affordable\, and fun year-round mountain recreation and education. Opened in 1942\, Bogus Basin offers 2\,600 acres of daytime skiable terrain\, and 165 acres for night skiing; eleven lifts and three people-mover carpets; an 800-foot tubing hill. The Nordic Center offers 37 kilometers of groomed trails. Environmental education and community outreach programs serve over 20\,000 individuals annually\, primarily youth. Summer activities include the Glade Runner\, a 4\,251 foot mountain coaster\, The Mine Shaft Challenge course\, mountain biking\, events\, hiking and chairlift service for hike and bike transport.
