Pack a yoga mat\, water\, and sunscreen\, and get ready to stretch it out in the fresh mountain air. Stick around after a class for a mellow hike\, scenic chairlift ride\, bike ride\, or lunch at the Bogus Creek Grill or Double R Ranch. \n\nAll Summer Activities\n\nWHEN & WHERE\nMeet us on the lawn in front of the J.R. Simplot Lodge. \n\nAUGUST 15 @ 6:30 PM – 7:30 PM\n\nMEET YOUR INSTRUCTOR\nAurora Broderson | I fell in love with yoga 10 years ago and the peace and balance it brought to my crazy life. I truly believe that there is space for anyone in yoga. I love to share the benefits received through regular practice. In my classes. I incorporate slow\, mindful postures\, as well as more energizing ones\, with lots of space for meditation. \nFreeAll ages welcome!
