Pack a yoga mat\, water\, and sunscreen\, and get ready to stretch it out in the fresh mountain air. Stick around after a class for a mellow hike\, scenic chairlift ride\, bike ride\, or lunch at the Bogus Creek Grill or Double R Ranch. \n\nAll Summer Activities\n\nWHEN & WHERE\nMeet us for Yoga on the Mountain on the lawn in front of the J.R. Simplot Lodge on Saturday and Sunday mornings\, weather permitting. \n\nAUGUST 31 @ 10:00 AM – 11:00 AM\n\nMEET YOUR INSTRUCTOR\nLisa Jayanti | Ever since taking my first class 16 years ago\, I have made Yoga an integral part of my life. Having been through challenges and changes in life\, I understand and strive to include everyone\, and will offer plenty of variations and modifications in my class. My goal is to encourage awareness\, inquiry\, and self-exploration to find our limits where we feel safe\, in-control\, strong\, and “owning” the practice. \nFreeAll ages welcome!
