DESCRIPTION:Halloween is coming! You Better Run!  Join us for the 2024 YMCA Halloween Run Presented By Micron \nTrick out your costume and treat yourself to a ghoulish run! Choose from either the Monster Mile or Freaky 5k course and run (for your life)! Have fun\, be creative\, and win prizes for best costume! (Family Friendly is a Must!) \nJoin us on the Ann Morrison Park for the Monster Mile and Freaky Fast 5K \nEveryone participating in the YMCA Halloween Run receives a Sweatshirt and a Medal! \nPacket Pick-Up: \nPackets will be available on Friday\, October 25th from 4pm-7pm. Location TBD \nDay of Packet Pickup will be at the Start Area from 7am-9:30am \nWe highly recommend picking up on Friday! \nStart Times:  \nNew earlier Start Times!! \nFreaky Fast 5K – 10:00 am \nMonster Mile – 10:15  am \nStay Late for the Micron Trunk or Treat! Starting at 11:00 am near the starting area.  \nLocation & Parking:\n \nThe event will be held at Ann Morison Park. The Freaky 5K and Monster Mile will take place on the Greenbelt. The start and finish line will be at the Ann Morrison old timers pavilion near 9th street and Royal Boulevard. \nHoliday Food Drive: October is Hunger Awareness Month\nMicron and the YMCA will be hosting a Holiday Canned Food Drive for The Idaho Foodbank with your help. Hunger exists in every county of Idaho and the United States.\nBring a few items to kick off this Food Drive\, every item helps!  Donation bins will be available at the run start area. Learn what items are needed. \n  \nThe Y is for All! Compassion and Inclusion are our Strength! \nThe Treasure Valley Family YMCA is a force for building bridges among all people–regardless of ability.
