SUMMARY:Wild River Dash Duathlon | Quinn's Pond
DESCRIPTION:Be Wild\, Go Wild! The Sixth Annual Wild River Dash is the Treasure Valley’s only paddle-and-run duathlon\, combining two of Boise’s favorite summer activities into one family-friendly race. Hosted by Wild Hearts Idaho\, this all-ages event celebrates women and everything outdoors — the course starts with a fun paddle out and back across Quinn’s Pond\, then finishes with a beautiful 2-mile loop run along the Boise Greenbelt. \nRegister as an individual or grab a partner for a relay team of two — one paddles\, one runs. There are divisions for adults\, teens\, and kids\, with a shorter kid course (a ¼-mile paddle and a 1-mile run around the end of Quinn’s Pond). Best of all\, every dollar raised goes directly toward breaking down transportation barriers for Wild Hearts Idaho’s outdoor adventure programs\, making sure every girl has safe\, reliable transportation for every adventure.

SUMMARY:Boise Sunrise Wish Run
DESCRIPTION:Start your morning with purpose. The Boise Sunrise Wish Run is a free\, informal community run and walk that’s part of Brady McDonald’s “Zero to 100 Wishes” journey — an epic challenge to run 50K in all 50 states over 50 consecutive days\, raising $1 million to benefit Make-A-Wish. Boise is one stop on this nationwide mission\, and everyone is welcome to be part of the moment. \n\n\nYou don’t have to be a runner to join in. Run\, walk\, bring your family and flags\, or simply come cheer along the route. Choose your own distance — whether that’s a mile\, a 5K\, or more — and help send off a cause that’s bigger than any single finish line. It’s a feel-good way to connect with the local community and support kids’ wishes across the country.

SUMMARY:3rd Annual 5KIC LESS Society Table Rock Hike
DESCRIPTION:Take on one of Boise’s most iconic climbs for a good cause. The 3rd Annual LESS Society Table Rock Run/Hike is a community celebration of health\, perseverance\, and purpose\, bringing together healthcare professionals\, families\, and outdoor enthusiasts for a morning of movement and giving back — all against the backdrop of Boise’s foothills. Hosted by the LESS Society (Less Exposure Spine Surgery Society)\, the event advances its mission of Technology\, Investing\, Education\, and Research. \nThe route follows the Table Rock Trail (#15)\, a 3.8-mile round-trip with roughly 900 feet of elevation gain. Participants start at the Table Rock Trailhead — behind the Bishop’s House near the Old Idaho Penitentiary — climb to the summit overlooking downtown Boise and the Treasure Valley\, then loop back to the base.
