Owing to its fast-growing property market, homes for sale in Meridian are mostly single-family, detached new-constructions. These homes present an excellent range of sizes, styles, and price points, all with efficient and stylish design.
Design styles on offer within Meridian's real estate market include new-traditional homes in frame-and-clapboard finishes, Prairie or West-Coast modern, as well as American Craftsman inspired details.
Expect to see decorative brick and stone accents around foundations, and a variety of forward-facing gable configurations, or tall and flat hipped-roof combinations. These latter types often exhibit Mediterranean-style central towers, while the more chateau-inspired homes favor understated, recessed entryways.
As for the Craftsman-esque homes, here you'll see sturdy pillars, wide front porches, eave supports, and almost-rustic looking shingle siding.
Treasure Valley is known for its changing seasons, and to accommodate for this, new homes in Meridian have the best in energy-efficient fittings and construction. So, not only will you be comfortable, but you'll also save money.
Interior finishes tend to include many luxury and designer features, including spa-like bathrooms, gourmet kitchens, and sleek open-concept design. Larger examples will amaze with their list of extra spaces, from game rooms to RV garages.
On Meridian's semi-rural outskirts, you can also find multi-acre properties with grand, sprawling homes at very competitive prices. At this point in the market, generous home theaters, game rooms, and spaces for storing ample quantities of wine are not uncommon.

Despite its recent growth, Meridian is more than just an "up and coming" area. Meridian has officially arrived thanks to thoughtful planning, an excellent community, and its useful proximity to both Boise and Nampa.
