The 2021 Fall Boise Parade of Homes kicks off today, beginning at 11 a.m. In this year’s Fall Parade of Homes, there are 13 homes entered, showcasing innovative home designs and expert craftsmanship while highlighting emerging trends.
Like the 2021 Boise Spring Parade of Homes, builders compete to win awards for their designs and staging. Bragging rights are on the line, and the builders spare no expense when it comes to these gorgeous homes.
Unlike the Boise Spring Parade of Homes, the home designs can be reworked versions of a previously built home. Even though the building floor plans might be the same, builders still go out of their way to showcase emerging technologies and trends within the home.
Let’s look at these homes and the communities in which they reside.
