Brenda Davis is a newly-licensed agent and has prior experience in real estate working as an assistant for Keller Williams and Piva & Co. Brenda brings a unique perspective and skillset to her business. Having a desire to be in real estate for a long period of time, Brenda finally took the leap in 2019. Her favorite part of real estate as a business is building relationships with her clients and peers.
Brenda’s number one goal while serving her clients is to provide an exceptional experience from start to finish. She looks forward to educating her clients on the process of buying and selling homes, while simultaneously making it a seamless and enjoyable process. She is extremely people-oriented and loves the feeling of comradery - making that a focus with her clients.
As far as accolades of mention, Brenda graduated from Capital High School in Boise, and continued her education at Boise State University. More recently, she graduated from the Idaho Real Estate School. Post school years, Brenda gained professional experience in boardrooms with strategic business planning for the private college sector. Simultaneously, she worked as a server and bartender, which allowed her to hone in on her passion for serving others in a very direct way. She has also worked with and for realtors in the past as a marketing manager for a mortgage company and is excited to now be on the other side of that process.
Working in Idaho feels like the most natural fit for Brenda, as she knows the area like the back of her hand. She has lived in Treasure Valley for 26 years and considers Boise/ Meridian her true home where she lives with her three kids. Her favorite thing about her community is the ability to live the city and country life at the same time. From a wide variety of concerts and top-notch sporting events to fishing and hiking on the weekends, Brenda feels that there’s a certain magic about the two sides of life Idaho provides.
A strong passion for Idaho fuels Brenda’s community involvement, too. She is a cub scout leader, Daughter of the Nile (working to collect donations for Shriners Hospitals), has been an ambassador for the Boise Chamber of Commerce, and is a volunteer for multiple military and police events.
When she’s not busy dedicating her time to her real estate business or volunteering, Brenda loves fishing, hiking, boating, rodeos, country music concerts and absolutely anything outdoors - a true Idaho girl at heart.
