C.J. Peebles is a REALTOR® at the Mike Brown Group. C.J. describes himself as committed, genuine, and humble. He’s passionate about the details and understands the importance of communication – qualities important in guiding clients through the most important purchase of their lives.
He and his wife have a hobby of buying and selling homes, not because they enjoy moving, but they love the excitement of playing the market and figuring out how to leverage it into an upgrade or a relocation. He’s able to parlay this experience in assisting his clients. It should be noted that he has lived in his current home for the past four years.
C.J. got into real estate as he’s been fascinated with housing. What makes a house a home means something different to everyone. Architectural types, interior design, and functionality all mean something different to different people, and he finds inspiration watching how people put those pieces together in their home search.
He wants to play golf at Augusta National someday and hopes to scale Mt. Borah within the next year. You can find him attending Rock Harbor Church with his family on Sunday mornings, followed by brunch at The Griddle.
Fun Fact: C.J. is an avid guitar player, playing for the last 14 years. He plays for at least 30 minutes a day.
When he’s not working, C.J. enjoys spending time with his family. Quality time includes hiking, going to the water park, skiing, watching movies, or just talking and enjoying their company. He also likes catching up with friends, conversing over food and card games. But, he admits that life is busy having two young kids.
He strives to exceed client expectations and enjoys the business as he gets to meet new people, hear their stories, and discover their motivations for buying and selling property.
If C.J. could be anywhere right now, he’d be in a remote area of Idaho on a sunny day, enjoying the vast expanses of wilderness in this great state. But for now, you can find him assisting clients with their real estate transactions.
