Kari Christiansen is a dedicated and compassionate real estate professional who has called the Treasure Valley home for more than 25 years. Having experienced multiple relocations of her own family across six Western states—sometimes twice in a single year—she has firsthand experience with the stress, emotion, and complexity that accompany buying and selling a home. This lived experience allows Kari to guide her clients with empathy, clarity, and confidence, ensuring they feel informed and supported throughout the process. My experiences enable me to effectively coach my clients through it because I’ve been through it so many times with my own family. It’s a great feeling to be able to help them in this way.”

Her professional background includes serving as the Director of the Boise Golf Show, where she negotiated sponsorships, managed large-scale events, and built long-lasting relationships throughout the industry. These experiences sharpened her negotiation skills, attention to detail, and strategic thinking—qualities that now allow her to advocate successfully for her clients. Kari is dedicated to working hard behind the scenes to ensure her buyers and sellers receive strong value, favorable terms, and the best deal possible.

Kari’s wholehearted dedication to others extends beyond business. She has served as a CNA in the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit and volunteered as a NICU “Cuddler,” providing comfort and care to infants and families during some of life’s most unexpected challenges. This experience speaks to the compassion, patience, and calm presence she brings to every client interaction.
