Megan Burgeson

Megan Burgeson knows moving. Growing up in an Air Force family, she lived in nine states and two continents before eventually calling Idaho home. Since moving to Idaho in high school, she has lived in Eagle, Nampa, Boise and nearly every corner of Meridian—giving her a unique perspective on the many communities that make the Treasure Valley such a wonderful place to live. Megan loves Idaho and, in her words, would never dream of leaving this incredible state.

Her passion for real estate began early. Megan worked in commercial real estate while attending Boise State University and later gained experience in property and HOA management, mortgage lending and real estate operations. She also has extensive personal experience buying and selling homes and investment properties. Along the way, Megan spent nearly all of her children’s school years working as an aide or teacher, including the last five years teaching high school—an experience that has certainly strengthened her organization, patience and ability to connect with just about anyone!

Megan brings a Marketing degree from Boise State University, earned through many nights and weekends before online school was a thing, along with a competitive spirit, a forward-thinking mindset and a genuine love of people. She is honest, upfront and real in her approach, and she believes the best way to serve her clients is to truly get to know them and understand what they want and need. Whether helping a client find the perfect home or creatively marketing a property for sale, Megan is committed to providing exceptional customer service and going to bat for her clients every step of the way.

Megan met her husband in high school, and they got engaged at senior prom. Four kids and plenty of pets later, they are still thriving—despite the fact that all of their parents and siblings live within a five-minute radius of them! Her husband is also a mortgage broker, so real estate and lending are frequent topics around the dinner table. When she’s not working, Megan enjoys traveling, reading, watching her kids’ many sports and working out when she has the energy. She is deeply involved in her children’s school and sports communities and loves the connection and sense of community that comes with living in the Treasure Valley.

Engaging, cheerful and family-oriented, Megan is excited to build lasting relationships with her clients and help make their real estate journeys as successful—and maybe even as fun—as possible.
