Alive After 5 is Downtown Boise’s longest running free community concert series! Back in 1987, Alive After 5 was created to give Boiseans something fun to gather for on weekday nights when there wasn’t much else to do. Now, nearly four decades later, Downtown Boise is full of exciting dining, unique shopping, and fun events every day of the week. Alive After 5 is proud to be at the center of it all bringing a celebration of great local music to The Grove Plaza on Wednesday nights in June and July and proving that yes, Boise is still Alive and vibrant after 5pm.

Downtown Boise Foundation is thrilled to continue a partnership with local music booking agency Duck Club to bring new and exciting bands to Downtown Boise. A diverse, exciting lineup of musicians – both local openers and national and international headlining touring bands – are coming to the downtown stage this summer
