Meet some of the Artfort 2026 artists and performers:

BIM DITSON

Portland, OR

Bim Ditson has been making art full time since he was nine years old. First as a jewelry designer focused on reviving the ancient chainmaille techniques, he brought these lost arts into the modern fashion landscape. In recent years he has shifted focus from making art for individuals to making public art. The reason for the shift is this: if jewelry is for someone, public art is for everyone. This expression of universalism and this drive to bring joy and pleasure to everyone who experiences his work is where Bim finds meaning as an artist. It is about making undeniable work that crosses all language, story, and cultural boundaries. His work is compelling in it’s total originality and accessibility.

As a person, Bim is warm and wants to help you laugh. He mostly wants to be working on the latest huge art project. He finds narrative art a little bit predisposed to being pushy and instead chooses to use the peaceful nature of process art to further a more beautiful and inviting human-made landscape while here on earth.

BACKROOMS

Boise, ID

Backrooms is a series of art installations in the hidden corners and forgotten edges of Treefort Fest 2026. Curated by Eric Mullis and Kelly Cox, these liminal spaces are immersive experiences designed to elicit wonder, grant a rest, and baffle on-lookers, as they stumble and dance through the revelry at Treefort 2026.
Back Rooms features experiences crafted by artists Kelly Cox, Eric Mullis, Annette Isham, April VanDeGrift, Goran Fazil, and Megan White.

FEMME VON FOLLIES

Boise, ID

Femme Von Follies is an alt-centric performance art production serving up dazzling, defiant, and deliciously diverse shows celebrating every corner of the stage. Producer of the Queerly Arts Festival and the acclaimed six-show Obscure series, including their past cinematic spectacular “REEL Obscure” and coming in 2027, “The Obscure Odyssey”! Femme Von Follies is behind First Friday’s “The Stiletto Speakeasy”, Burlesque & Bands, Burlesque Bingo, and fringe extravaganzas!

This Artfort, Follies’ will have you asking, is all that we see or seem but a dream within a dream?

“A Dream Within A Dream” is a surreal variety spectacle where fantasy melts into fever dreams and nothing is quite as it seems. Showcasing high-flying aerial acts, hypnotic burlesque, spellbinding sirens, and shape-shifting drag, weaving together moments of beauty, chaos, and delicious disorientation.
Come lose yourself in a dream… within a dream.
