Join us this Valentine’s Day for a premier, ticketed, in-person Pilates pop-up – bringing Boise its first official Galentine’s Day Pilates Social 💕

I’ve designed our morning to bring women together through movement, connection, and community, featuring an energizing mat Pilates flow followed by a relaxed, social experience.

Expect a feel-good morning that includes:

  • A 50-minute mat Pilates class designed for all levels and experience
  • Post-class mimosas and matchas from Wanna Matcha Boise
  • Curated Galentine’s Day goodie bags featuring Eminence Organic Skin Care products provided by Skin & Soul by Sierra
