In Support of Girls on the Run Treasure Valley

Calling all Holiday-Hot-Cocoa-loving people to run (or walk) in the Holiday Hustle 5K!!! 

This race helps support local running teams and clubs.

Event Information

The event will be held at Reid Merrill Park in Eagle Idaho. The course is a 5K along the Green Belt starting and finishing at the Reid Merrill Park Pavillion. From a runners perspective – this course is flat and fast if you are after a PR.
This race helps support local running teams and clubs. Please consider donating to one of these programs during the registration process.
We look forward to you joining us in this exceptionally high quality event.
If you are under 18, a parent or guardian must register you and sign the waiver that will be presented during the registration process, otherwise if you are 18 you may register yourself.

Race Day Schedule:

8:00AM – 9:10AM:
Bib Pickup at Reid Merrill Park pavillions (Look for Hi5K Banners). Day-Of-Race registration available at this time as well.
Hot Cocoa will be served before and after the race!
9:30AM:
 5K Race Start 
10:10 AM:
Podium Awards Begin – Top 3 in each age category (Male/Female awarded separately).
Age categories are as follows 1-11, 12-15, 16-18, 19-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60+
9:50AM – 10:40AM:
Post-Race Hydration and Nutrition available

Bib Pickup:

Please pick up your bib between 8:00AM and 9:10AM at the starting line tent on race day.

Course Info:

Start/Finish area is at the Reid Merrill Park pavillions.  From the start, the race will head south exiting Reid Merrill onto the Boise River green belt pathway heading east. At mile 1.55 there will be a turn around point. This is an out-n-back course – see course links below.

This is a chip-timed event. Timing is provided by  Omni Go!  Custom Event Soluions.

FAQs:

Can I participate with a stroller?
Absolutely – we are stroller friendly.
Can I run with my dog?
Unfortunately no, USATF (USA Track & Field) will no longer insure or sanction events that allows dogs.
