Sound Bathing Yoga on the Mountain

WHAT

Does the mountain have a sound? During this yoga session, uniquely created for us, crystal bowls are used to help reach the kind of meditative state that will allow you to relax, let go, and tap into the mountain energy. Yoga for Life and wellness guide, Colleen Fletcher come together in a movement and sound bathing meditation experience driven by our collective mountain vibe. What will you hear?

  • All Levels Welcome
  • No Experience Necessary
  • Meet On the Lawn, in Front of the Main J.R. Simplot Lodge
  • Please Bring Your Own Mat or Towel

These free sessions are happening on the first Sunday of July, August, and September so mark your calendar – 60 minutes.

Meet us for Yoga on the Mountain on the lawn in front of the J.R. Simplot Lodge on Saturday and Sunday mornings, weather permitting.

MEET YOUR INSTRUCTOR

Colleen Fletcher is a multifaceted somatic wellness guide, weaving together Eastern and Western practices to cultivate deep connections and profound self-wellness. With over 51 years of experience, she easily blends her training as a licensed somatic bodyworker, Reiki Master, esthetician, hypnotist, and meditation instructor.
