The Riverside Hotel’s Valentine’s Day Dinner Buffet

This event will take place in The Aspen Room. There will be plenty of seating for everyone, but seating is not assigned and will be available on a first-come, first-served basis. Tickets to the Dark Desert Highway Valentine’s Masquerade are sold separately. The Mojave

A selection of leafy greens, dressings, and accoutrement.
Station includes:

  • Fresh Romaine, Spring Greens, and Frisee
  • Caesar, Ranch, Bleu Cheese, Italian, Balsamic Vinaigrette, and Agave-Lime Vinaigrette
  • Cucumber, Shaved Carrot, Bell Pepper, Artichoke, and Grape Tomato
  • Dried Corn, Pepitas, Spicy Pecans

The Great Basin

A canape station with an assortment of bite-sized delights to put together to your liking.
Station includes:

  • Frybread, Crackers, and Radicchio Cups
  • Southwest Orzo Salad, Corn Relish, Blistered Tomato Jam
  • Whipped Feta and Chile Goat Cheese

The Sonoran

Savory, southwest-inspired station with hearty options.
Station includes:

  • Elotes Chicken: Grilled chicken with Adobo Pepper cream sauce, Jalapeno-Corn Salsa, Cotija cheese, and Cilantro.
  • Chimichurri Steak: Marinated Tri-tip Steak with an earthy and tangy Chimichurri sauce.
  • Vegan Sweet Potato Fajitas: Roasted Sweet Potato, Black Bean, and Tomato. Served alongside Fajita-spiced Bell Pepper and Onion and Flour Tortilla.

The Chihuahuan

A variety of Southwest-inspired desserts.
