Be Wild, Go Wild! The Sixth Annual Wild River Dash is the Treasure Valley’s only paddle-and-run duathlon, combining two of Boise’s favorite summer activities into one family-friendly race. Hosted by Wild Hearts Idaho, this all-ages event celebrates women and everything outdoors — the course starts with a fun paddle out and back across Quinn’s Pond, then finishes with a beautiful 2-mile loop run along the Boise Greenbelt.

Register as an individual or grab a partner for a relay team of two — one paddles, one runs. There are divisions for adults, teens, and kids, with a shorter kid course (a ¼-mile paddle and a 1-mile run around the end of Quinn’s Pond). Best of all, every dollar raised goes directly toward breaking down transportation barriers for Wild Hearts Idaho’s outdoor adventure programs, making sure every girl has safe, reliable transportation for every adventure.
