Halloween is coming! You Better Run! Join us for the 2023 YMCA Halloween Run Presented By Micron
Trick out your costume and treat yourself to a ghoulish run! Choose from either the Monster Mile or Freaky 5k course and run (for your life)! Have fun, be creative, and win prizes for best costume! (Family Friendly is a Must!
Join us on the Micron Campus for the Monster Mile and Freaky Fast 5K – a new spooky course for the family!

Everyone participating in the YMCA Halloween Run receives a Glow in the Dark Sweatshirt and a Medal!

Packet Pick-Up:
Packets will be available on Saturday, Oct 28th starting at 3:00 pm at Starting Area in Micron Park (3715-3727 Technology Ln, Boise, ID 83716)

Start Times:
Come early for the Micron Trunk or Treat! Starting at 3:30 near the starting area.

Monster Mile – 4:30 pm
Freaky Fast 5K – 5:30 pm

Location & Parking:
The event will be held on Micron’s Campus in Boise. Use HWY 21 to S Technology Way to enter the area. That will be the only entrance open to participants.
Check out the map for parking in the North Lot within Micron Campus. It’s a short walk from the lot to the starting area, be sure to arrive with enough time to make it to the starting area.

Pets are not allowed at this event. Thank you!

Holiday Food Drive: October is Hunger Awareness Month
Micron and the YMCA will be hosting a Holiday Canned Food Drive for The Idaho Foodbank with your help. Hunger exists in every county of Idaho and the United States.
Bring a few items to kick off this Food Drive, every item helps! Donation bins will be available at the run start area. Learn what items are needed.

The Treasure Valley Family YMCA is a force for building bridges among all people–regardless of ability. Thanks to THRIVE and AquAbility we are able to provide running buddies for any participant who might need individual assistance on the course.
