WHAT

Join us for the Yoga on the Mountain summer series! This summer, Bogus Basin and Yoga for Life are partnering to offer free yoga classes every week. Pack a yoga mat, water, and sunscreen, and get ready to stretch it out in the fresh mountain air. Stick around after a class for a mellow hike, scenic chairlift ride, bike ride, or lunch at the Bogus Creek Grill or Double R Ranch.

MEET YOUR INSTRUCTOR

Steph Florence | I was first drawn to yoga because of the people. Everyone just seemed happy. I followed my dream and as the owner of Yoga for Life Boise, I get to help people find their (yoga) happy! My yoga style is an easy pace in an environment where there is laughter and happiness! My mantra is, to try and be the person my dog thinks I am. I hope you will join me and discover your own love of yoga.
