February Events and Activities

We are headed into February, the last month before spring officially arrives! The month where the groundhog makes his debut, where we celebrate all things love, and the only month with 28 days, aside from leap year. Whether you are an admirer of the colder weather, a lover of love, or longing for the flowers to bloom– we have plenty of activities to fill your heart and calendar.

Make it a magical night by lighting up the night sky at the Boise Lantern Festival, or discover your dance moves at Latin Dance Night.

With love being the theme of the month, it’s the perfect time to check out the Idaho Dream Wedding Expo, where you can shop the details of your special day and reserve them in one place.

Share a piece of your heart with the nonprofit organization for kids diagnosed with cancer, Camp Rainbow Gold, at the Share Your Heart Ball. This is their primary fundraiser of the year!

From country concerts to stand-up comedy, dancing workshops, date night at the zoo, or a musical– there are 40+ experiences to choose from!

Valentine’s Day doesn’t have to just be about love! Make it a murder mystery night at Potter Wines. Sip a glass of wine, enjoy a charcuterie plate and solve the mystery.

Run in your undies for a good cause, or choose a comedy night of ‘Love on the Rocks’ for Valentine’s Day!

Experience this magical moment of lighting up the night sky right here in Boise at the Lantern Festival. Don’t worry about the lanterns– they are 100% biodegradable and are tracked by a team to collect them once they land.

Stay Active

We can’t think of a better way of staying active and releasing the “feel good” endorphins, than learning the Tango.

Or wrangle your country queens and dance the night away at the Knitting Factory with music inspired by Dolly Parton, Tina Turner, Carrie Underwood, Reba McEntire, and The Chicks!

With spring just around the corner, you might be thinking about transforming your current space or considering taking the next step to finding your new perfect place. Whether you are a first-time homebuyer or searching for a new address, we at the Mike Brown Group believe you should love where you live and are here to help guide you, wherever that may be.
