As the Spring Parade of Homes draws to a close, the Building Contractors Association of Southwest Idaho has announced the winners for Best Kitchen, Best Master Suite, Best Interior Design and Finish, and Best Exterior Design. They also awarded homes for being the Best Decorated and the Best Overall. Every home is categorized based upon its price.
The Mike Brown Group is pleased to represent the homes of four builders who participated in the Parade of Homes.
In Home Category 3, Ninety Degree Construction swept all four award categories with their Karmen floorplan pictured above.
Home Category 6 saw Todd Campbell Custom Homes taking home the hardware for Best Kitchen Design, Best Master Suite, and Best Interior Design and Finish for its entry, The Florence, seen above.
In Home Category 7, Biltmore Co. and its entry The Coronado, pictured above, earned awards for Best Kitchen Design, Best Master Suite, and Best Interior Design and Finish.
All three builders won the 2020 Best Decorated Award for their respective divisions. But perhaps the most prestigious award is the 2020 Best Overall. The Mike Brown Group is excited to announce that Biltmore Co., Ninety Degree Construction, and Todd Campbell Custom Homes each won the 2020 Best Overall award for their homes in their respective divisions.
Every spring, the Boise Parade of Homes brings out the best in all of the area’s home builders, and it’s inspiring to see the fantastic designs and floorplans each team puts together. The attention to detail, the expert craftsmanship, and commitment to excellence every builder exhibits during the Parade of Homes is commendable. While not everyone wins an award, anyone with the enthusiasm to participate in the Parade of Homes winds up winning with potential homebuyers.
