Kathy Edmondson came from an entrepreneur background and opened a salon and spa at the age of 21. It was here that she learned the art of customer service and even taught classes on the subject! After 40 successful years in the beauty business, and owning and managing a property management company, she sold them both and began her career in Real Estate in the fall of 2012.

I was introduced to my Agent, Kathy Edmondson quite by chance, and it was the best "chance" meeting I could have dreamed of for my recent real estate transaction. Kathy is not only knowledgeable about real estate in the "book" sense, she had an innate feel for what I wanted that I wasn't able to express, which made her that much more valuable. She was always timely in her communication and support and consistently went the extra mile to make sure all details were tended to. Kathy is honest, sincere and cared deeply that the outcome of my search matched my desired outcome. In addition, Debra Gaillic, an MBG Support Staff, was of tremendous support throughout the process. I have worked in the "people" business for 32 years and it was clearly evident that Kathy and Debra are content employees who represent their organization well and that says a lot about the MBG. I recommend the MBG and in particular, Kathy Edmondson whole heartedly.

Kathy was wonderful in helping me sell my parent’s home. My siblings and I moved them into assisted living and Kathy gave me invaluable help with their belonging that needed to be sold or sent to charity. Her help in the sale was very helpful walking me through all ins and outs of all the signing, staging. She personally met with the repairmen needed to repair inspection report repairs. I can’t think of anything better she could have done. I would recommend her to anyone who wants to sell their home.

Kathy Edmondson was recommended to us by one of my wife's coworkers. While it was a challenging market for home buyers with fierce competition, Kathy never gave up on us! She answered our questions throughout the process, gave us lots of options and good advice, and eventually we were able to find our dream home! We initially had a Mortgage Lender through our credit union that was largely unresponsive, missed timelines, and ultimately left us close to a deadline without completing the work needed for our mortgage. We called Kathy and she took the time to give us some options and (again) provided us with great advice. Because of Kathy, within that same day we had a new mortgage lender that not only got us back on track but saved us money! Kathy was knowledgeable, friendly, and treated us like family-we couldn't have made it through this process without her. I would wholeheartedly recommend Kathy Edmondson to any close friend or family member looking to buy or sell a house-she is quite simply the best!

Kathy Edmondson did an excellent job selling our late father's home. Her vast experience and knowledge of the Meridian market made for a smooth transaction. She was there for us at every step from pricing, preparing the house for sale, getting paperwork in order, evaluating multiple offers, and during the escrow process. She kept us informed every step of the way and provided invaluable advice. This is our second listing with Kathy and we have referred her to friends and family. I am very happy with my experience buying a home with The Mike Brown Group and even more grateful that I was represented by Kathy Edmondson. When you meet Kathy for the first time you can tell she has a good soul. She was extremely helpful to me and my family throughout the whole buying process. She always answered the phone or any text messages promptly to answer any questions I had ( which were a lot). She stayed on top of any deadlines that I had to remind me and help me along the way. If she recommended someone to me for anything (such as home inspection or some minor repairs that needed done to close on the home) they also did did a great job. I trust Kathy wholeheartedly. She does what she says she’s going to do. She has my recommendation to anyone looking for a realtor. Thank you!!!!

Kathy Edmondson was not only our realtor when we purchased our home several years ago but also when we recently sold it. She is a true professional when it comes to dealing with property transactions. She has amazing skills when it comes to writing purchase offers as well as pricing property when putting it on the market for sale. She is also highly skilled when it comes to communicating with both buyers and sellers. She keeps them updated on the status of the property escrow as well as insuring that all forms and documents are completed in a timely manner. If you are looking for a smooth and professional real estate transaction - dealing with a TRULY responsive and caring realtor - Kathy Edmondson is the realtor for you! Kathy was referred to us by a friend, and we are really thankful that we gave Kathy a call! Kathy was very upbeat and positive about the home we were selling, but also offered specific and much needed advice on ways that we could improve the 'sell-ability' of the home as well. As she guided us through the process, we knew that when she said she was going to do something, it was as good as done. When we called or emailed her with a concern or question, she would QUICKLY respond with helpful information - without making us feel foolish for asking! We really appreciated that! At all times, we always felt like Kathy was out there making sure we were protected from anything negative that might occur - and that helping to take the worry off our shoulders was her #1 priority. The house got an offer on the first day, but Kathy advised that we wait for that 'better offer' she knew was coming - and that offer came just two days later!! There just aren't enough superlatives to explain what a positive home selling experience this was - and that was due 100% to the blessing of being able to work with Kathy Edmondson as our realtor! We look forward to working with Kathy and the Mike Brown Group in the future, and will continue to sing their praises to anyone who is trying to buy or sell a home!

Working with Kathy was a great experience, she was there, through every step of the way answering questions letting me know my options, listening to what I was saying and going that extra mile.
