With nearly a decade in the industry, Mitchell has built a well-rounded career spanning residential, commercial, land, and development real estate. His background includes founding and leading his own brokerage, where he guided a team of agents across multiple sectors, as well as working extensively with investors, developers, and landowners on projects ranging from subdivision development to commercial asset acquisitions.

A graduate of Texas State University, Mitchell earned his Bachelor of Science in Construction Science and Management with a business minor, graduating cum laude. He has further distinguished himself with both the GRI (Graduate, REALTOR® Institute) and CCIM (Certified Commercial Investment Member) designations—credentials that reflect his commitment to mastering the complexities of real estate and understanding investment strategy at a high level. His education and hands-on experience in construction and development allow him to offer clients valuable insight into everything from land use to project feasibility.
Raised on a farm between Austin and San Antonio, Mitchell developed a deep appreciation for land stewardship and the emotional and financial considerations that often accompany real estate decisions—especially for families navigating the sale or development of generational property. His approach is rooted in respect, clarity, and a genuine desire to serve others well. Known for asking thoughtful, often overlooked questions and tackling challenges head-on, Mitchell is a relentless problem solver and a confident negotiator who advocates boldly on behalf of his clients.
Mitchell relocated from Texas to Meridian, Idaho, drawn by the area’s natural beauty, welcoming community, and opportunity for growth. He quickly embraced the Treasure Valley lifestyle, valuing the sense of connection among neighbors and the family-friendly environment. Outside of real estate, Mitchell enjoys spending time with his wife, exploring the outdoors, reading, and perfecting simple pleasures like cooking a great meal or capturing moments through photography.
Faith, family, and service are central to Mitchell’s life. He is actively involved in his church community, where he contributes his time and leadership, and he is passionate about causes that strengthen families and support foster youth. As he enters a new season of life as a father, Mitchell is focused on creating a meaningful balance between work and home while continuing to serve his clients with excellence.
