With a background in short sales, foreclosures, bookkeeping, and transaction coordination, Tricia brings a comprehensive understanding of the real estate process. Her detail-oriented approach and steady support help ensure every transaction is handled with care, professionalism, and efficiency. Tricia has also built three homes of her own, giving her valuable insight into the homebuilding process—insight she uses to better serve clients and agents alike. She finds joy in helping others achieve their dream of homeownership and takes pride in making each transaction as smooth as possible.
A Treasure Valley resident since 1997, Tricia loves the small-town feel of her community, the kindness of its people, and the abundance of outdoor activities nearby. Outside of work, she enjoys reading and staying active through hiking, camping, CrossFit, and riding both street and dirt motorcycles.
